A city-wide celebration calls for a message with room to spread. For Bud Light’s Philly Philly, Dilly Dilly campaign, Remarkable Media took the idea into the sky with a Sky Typing activation for Philadelphia’s Super Bowl parade.

The campaign connected a short, recognisable brand phrase with a public moment of celebration. Above the parade, the sky became another place for the message to appear.

A message made for the moment

Sky Typing works particularly well with concise creative: a few words that can be understood at a glance and recognised as they take shape overhead.

For this activation, the connection between the campaign language and Philadelphia supplied that recognition. The aerial format placed the idea in the setting of the celebration, giving the brand a presence beyond a conventional advertising surface.

Lettering at a different scale

Coordinated aircraft release timed puffs to form lettering across the sky. The message develops as the aircraft move, making its appearance part of what people watch.

That unfolding sequence gives Sky Typing its distinctive character. It combines words, movement and scale in a format that belongs outdoors, where a shared view of the sky becomes the canvas.

The campaign in flight

Remarkable Media’s campaign film, titled “Super Bowl Parade Sky Typing”, identifies the activation as Bud Light’s Philly Philly, Dilly Dilly campaign. It provides a direct record of the project and a way to experience the aerial execution alongside the campaign story.

For brands planning around major events, this project illustrates a clear creative approach: connect the message to the occasion, keep the idea immediately recognisable, and choose a format that makes the setting part of the experience.
